1. I am in charge of my thoughts and feelings

Only we are in charge of our feelings and thoughts. The power of control is within ourselves in the present moment. How we perceive things around us greatly impacts how noisy or calm we feel about the world within us.

It’s a choice that we daily make to stay happy and only allow positive thoughts to pass through us keeping no room for negativity and fears. Knowing that you are in sole charge of how you feel, we all should make conscious efforts to shift our perspective towards counting our blessings daily.

2. I believe in myself and am consistent

As Shilpa Shetty mentioned in her post, always continue believing in your strengths by using them to your advantage to conquer all your fears. Even if life tries to pull us down, we always have to find that courage and ray of hope buried deep within us to get out of that dark space. And, our faith and firm belief in ourselves should be consistent which can easily sail us through the blocks of life.
