Skincare tips

After a sweaty dance session, keep in mind that you shouldn’t touch your face. It could be flooded with sweat and grime, and touching can invite breakouts.

Make sure that you keep yourself hydrated by drinking enough water before and after the session.

If you have dry skin, don’t forget to apply a cooling gel as the heat released during a workout can make your skin feel itchy and can lead to rashes.
