Getting into the spirit of the festivities, music fan Sofia beamed as she handed out prizes during the event
To keep all the eyes on her show-stopping skirt, the royal paired it with a black top with a sweetheart neckline.
She kept her accessories to a minimum, wearing a gold ring with colourful gems on one hand and a silver one on the other.
She did not wear a necklace with the look, but donned golden hoop earrings, and was seen carrying a small black bag with a golden metallic clutch.
The royal added a pop of colour to her look with a bright red manicure that complemented the details of the paintings on her skirt.
Her hair was styled in luscious waves cascading down her neck, with her curtain fringe framing her heart-shaped face.
For her evening of music, Sofia pared the unusual silk tiered blue skirt with a more simple long-sleeved black top

The Swedish royal met with the different contestants representing their local municipalities during the festival
The Funkisfestivalen has been taking place every year since 2011, and sees people performing in the name of their local municipalities in the hope of taking home a price.
The aim of the festival is to support work in culture and leisure for people with intellectual and neuropsychiatric disabilities.
It’s back to work for Sofia, who like most other European royals has spent the summer with her family away from the cameras.
