Warren Beatty accuser tells how he ‘raped and sodomized her’ on the set of The Parallax View in 1973

Kristina Hirsch, 63, is suing Warren Beatty over allegations he groomed her for sex in 1973 when she was 14 and he was 35

The woman who is suing Hollywood legend Warren Beatty for allegedly raping her when she was just 14 says she believed the relationship between the actor in his mid-30s and the under-age teen was ‘special.’

But instead it damaged her emotionally for nearly 50 years, said Kristina Hirsch in a direct-to-camera appeal that DailyMail.com has exclusively unearthed.

‘In 1973 I was a 14-year-old virgin and brought and introduced to Warren Beatty on the set of The Parallax View for the purposes of sexual pandering by an adult,’ she says looking directly into the camera.

‘I was unaware of this and from the spring of 1973 until the following January of 1974, carried on a relationship that I thought was something that was special.

‘It was a crime that Beatty was committing by raping me, forcing me to have oral sex upon him, having oral sex with me, sodomizing me and emotionally damaging me for the past 44 years,’ she adds.

Hirsch goes by the name Tina St. Clair in the video. She says she is an ordained minister in the Unitarian Church.

DailyMail.com has confirmed it is the same woman who has now filed suit for the grooming that allegedly took place in 1973.

In her lawsuit, Hirsch did not say which film Beatty was working on when he allegedly raped her. But the 2017 video said it was the Alan Pakula-directed The Parallax View, a political thriller based on the Loren Singer book of the same name

‘I wish to make a public statement about this,’ St. Clair says in the video, asking CNN’s Anderson Cooper to contact her to get her story out.

She claims the abuse took place on the set of the 1974 film The Parallax View. Beatty is pictured in the film 

‘Our time is God’s time and our patience is a virtue, she adds. ‘By the grace of God, we ask all predators, pedophiles and all of those who are not well please to repent and seek counsel.’

She ends her message, which is less than two minutes long: ‘In Jesus’ name we pray. Thank you.’

The video was posted on November 11, 2017. It was made outdoors with St. Clair, with her graying hair swept back, standing by a tree. 

Hirsch married actor Hiram Keller, best known for working with Italian director Federico Fellini in 1981. They split in 1987 after having one daughter Serena.

She appeared alongside her husband, using the name Kristina St. Clair in the 1982 cult Jamaican film Countryman, his last movie.

Keller died of liver cancer in 1997 aged 52.

In her lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles on Monday, Hirsch, now 63, claims Beatty, 85, groomed her for sex.

She doesn’t mention the star by name – instead calling him John Doe – but says the actor that had sex with her played Clyde Barrow in Bonnie and Clyde and was nominated for an Oscar for the role.

Representatives for Beatty refused to comment when contacted by DailyMail.com.

Court documents seen by DailyMail.com said: ‘Due to defendant doe’s stature, position of authority, predatory grooming and manipulation of Plaintiff, as well as Plaintiff’s young age, Plaintiff was initially thrilled that defendant doe was interested in her, and believed she was involved in a romantic relationship with a movie star.

‘He used his role, status, and power as a well-known Hollywood star to gain access to, groom, manipulate, exploit, and coerce sexual contact from her over the course of several months in the State of California.’

The lawsuit argues that Hirsch was unable to give consent because she was a minor at the time of the incidents, and she is now seeking damages.

She claims that she has had ‘difficulty in reasonably or meaningfully interacting with others’ and having ‘intimate, confidential and familial relationships.’

Her lawsuit claims that because of the alleged abuse by Beatty she ‘suffered severe emotional, physical and psychological distress, including humiliation, shame, and guilt.’

Beatty is accused of summoning her to the hotel he was living, as well as taking her in his car, offering to help with homework and spoke to her about losing her virginity. The lawsuit argues that Hirsch was unable to give consent because she was a minor at the time of the incidents, and she is now seeking damages

She filed the lawsuit shortly before a three-year-window for long-ago sex cases in California is about to close.

The state passed a measure in 2019 that gave until January 1, 2023, to file old cases alleging child sexual abuse.

It added: ‘Plaintiff has suffered personal physical injury of sexual assault, and has and will continue to suffer, psychological, mental and emotional distress, and all associated economic injury.’

Her claims include sexual battery, sexual assault and violation of California Penal Code §647.6(a)(1), which opens the door for Hirsch to bring her civil claims under state law.

Hirsch is seeking damages, special damages and punitive damages.

Her attorneys Michael Reck and Michael Finnegan, who have been involved in cases against the Roman Catholic Church alleging abuse by priests, did not return DailyMail.com requests for comment.

In her lawsuit, Hirsch says she now lives in Louisiana, but DailyMail.com has found she has made several states including Tennessee, North Carolina and California her home.

Her last known address was in the tiny town of Fredonia, Arizona, right on the Utah border.
